Pick Your Version
Three AI tools. Three unique takes. One game about restroom etiquette.
It started with Kiro and Claude Sonnet 4.5. That was my first real taste of Vibe Coding. Built ChickenDuck & then came back and gave Gemini 3.1 Pro and GPT-5.4 the challenge to build their own version of the original.
This is the one-shot prompt provided:
"Research Checkmate thoroughly to understand the game, the mission, the mechanics and the UX. Create your own rendition of the game with your own personality. You can either use the Vanilla UX or install any other packages for this."
And voila! Two new editions. They're not perfect, but they're fun in their own way. Give them a go though, you'll probably get bored pretty quick.
Built with Kiro + Claude Code
The spec-driven original. Structured development from requirements to shipped product, authored entirely in Kiro's AI-native IDE.
PLAYBuilt with Google Gemini CLI
Neon-soaked reimagining with glass UI, particle effects, and combo mechanics. Same rules, completely different vibe.
PLAYBuilt with OpenAI Codex
Dashboard-style layout with live metrics sidebar, event feed, and a clean operations-briefing aesthetic.
